You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pakrumy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
All transactions on pakrumy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All bets placed on pakrumy — whether on sports markets including cricket, PSL fixtures, football, or UFC, or on casino games including slots, live baccarat, roulette, teen patti, and andar bahar — are subject to the specific rules displayed for each game or market at the time of wagering.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the relevant market explicitly offers a cash-out feature and that feature is exercised within the permitted window. pakrumy accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, pakrumy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings derived from an obvious pricing error will not be paid and are not due to the player under any circumstances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of pakrumy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrumy shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
pakrumy's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds, free spins, and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for any other reason, verified balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of applicable AML checks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrumy holds its international gaming licence.
